As a Learning Solutions Consultant, I help organizations identify the source of performance gaps and build strategies to close them. 

I take my clients through a discovery process by exploring these essential questions:

The questions are simple, but the answers are not. We often focus too much on what we want people to know and too little on what we want them to DO with the knowledge they've gained. The ultimate goal is always performance carried out in a specific way, to a specific level of competency.

Next, I help your organization identify and develop solutions to get your learners where they need to be. Performance support, or training, is only one component of an overall resource development plan.
