The questions are simple, but the answers are not. We often focus too much on what we want people to know and too little on what we want them to DO with the knowledge they've gained. The ultimate goal is always performance carried out in a specific way, to a specific level of competency.
Next, I help your organization identify and develop solutions to get your learners where they need to be. Performance support, or training, is only one component of an overall resource development plan.
